Our hosting & guiding fees are simple and straightforward: • Solo Travelers: $300 USD per day • Couples: $500 USD per day • Families or Groups of 4 to 6: $750 USD per day • Larger Groups or Corporate Offsites (6 or more): $1,000 USD per day These rates are all-inclusive of city and country hosting, guiding, and concierge services. Custom Itinerary Design and Trip Planning Fee – $250 USD (one-time, non-refundable) After our initial consultation call, we design your custom itinerary in depth. Based on your interests, preferences, and budget, we curate and refine accommodations, activities, and experiences through a detailed planning process and ongoing dialogue. This one-time fee covers the time and expertise required to create your personalized journey. Deposit A 30% deposit of the hosting fee secures your journey dates and allows us to confirm accommodations, activities, and guides. The deposit is applied toward your final balance and is partially or non-refundable depending on timing.
